Cédric Lavérie is Head of French Research at Institutional Shareholder Services based in Paris. He manages a team producing research and voting recommendations on French companies for institutional investor clients globally, engaging with management and directors and monitoring corporate governance developments. Previously, he was Head of Corporate Governance at Amundi in charge of proxy voting and shareholder dialogue, globally, and, prior to that, worked as a governance analyst at CAAM and AXA IM.
Cedric is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from corporate social responsibility to investor-portfolio company engagement with recent appearances including Société Générale’s Sustainable & Positive Impact Finance Conference and Deloitte’s Global Governance Leaders’ Summit. He serves as a commentator for the press and is a frequent contributor to ISS’ thought-leadership publications.
Cedric holds graduate degrees in Banking-Finance from Paris II University, International Economic Law from Paris X University, and Politics from New York University.
