We require an inclusive hiring panel with minorities, women and other underrepresented groups as part of the team. We have mandatory trainings to combat unconscious bias.
We actively reach out to underrepresented communities, and have established relationships with diversity organizations as hiring partners.
We have set hiring goals within certain groups and are committed to bring diversity to all levels of our organization, including our board.
Internally, we have Diversity & Inclusion groups to push the D &I mandate. We also have a shared #BrilliantTogether platform where our employees can be updated about related programs and policies, voice their views, and continue to work on an inclusive and equitable workplace together.
