Wednesday, 1st March 9.00 – 11.00 AM

Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel

Nils Ericsons Plan 4, PO Box 614, SE-101 32 Stockholm

With the recent renewed focus on Active Ownership & Responsible Investment, this seminar focuses on an integrated approach to putting the ‘G’ into ESG in the global portfolio. Investors need to exercise their active ownership responsibilities in broadly two ways:

  • Engagement with Boards, throughout the year, on strategic as well as governance and other ESG issues, with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Exercise of formal voting responsibilities at the annual general meeting, to approve, or, as the ultimate sanction, reject, company proposals.

This seminar discusses how investors implement their active ownership responsibilities in practice and will conclude with an interactive Q&A session.
