Jeff Lubitz is Executive Director of ISS’ Securities Class Action Services (ISS SCAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Institutional Shareholder Services focused on delivering critical asset recovery solutions to financial institutions and professional services firms across the globe. In this capacity, Jeff works closely with a wide array of institutional investors, including many of the world’s largest mutual funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds, to ensure clients fully leverage ISS SCAS solutions and services to maximize settlement recoveries. Jeff is Managing Editor of all ISS SCAS thought leadership, overseeing the production of webinars, events, white papers, and reports, including RecoverMax Monitor, ISS SCAS’ monthly newsletter. He is a frequent speaker at industry events on the complex topic of global securities litigation and related shareholder recovery matters. He is also a contributor to the press with his expert commentary featured in Reuters, Fortune Magazine, Bloomberg Law, Law360, and elsewhere. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University and an M.B.A. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Janeen McIntosh has over 15 years of experience in financial and economic advisory and litigation consulting for matters in the area of securities and finance, product liability and mass torts, and labor and employment. Ms. McIntosh has consulted on securities class actions examining materiality, loss causation and liability. Her work on these cases has included estimating inflation, damages, and settlement ranges. She has also done analyses for class certification and market efficiency. She frequently works with large data sets, designing models to evaluate liability and performing various statistical analyses. Ms. McIntosh is also the lead author for NERA’s annual securities class action trends report series. She earned her BA in Mathematics and Economics from Grinnell College and her MS in Statistics from Texas A&M University.
