The Custodian Operations team is responsible for ensuring all proxies that our clients are entitled to vote are received, and that our account environment is functioning properly.  Custodian Operations builds and maintains relationships with our clients custodian banks to best support our clients’ changing needs. Custodian Operations processes all account set ups, account confirmations, missing ballot requests, receipt and resolution of unknown ballots, and custodian aggregation requests on behalf of our voting clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the processes by which information and data are added to or exported from production systems through electronic data feeds and other media.
  • Maintain data to ensure quality of mission critical information using both proprietary applications and commonly used business software applications.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the integrity of assigned data management areas.
  • Work with account managers and client on boarding to ensure that required client data is received in a timely and high quality manner.
  • Ensure comprehensive audit trails are in place for data that is received from or sent to production systems.
  • Monitor quality control metrics to identify potential data issues and taking ownership of resolution for all issues that are identified.
  • Support development of training documentation and systems to support growing team

In addition to the above operations responsibilities, the following activities are representative of the different functions for the team:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are presently seeking a Salesforce administrator to enhancement, maintain and support our Salesforce system. Additionally, this position will be trained to support day to day operations in our financial system. The Vote Execution (VE) team constitutes the last step of the ballot life in the voting process. The VE team consolidates and monitors the processing of vote instructions through voting applications and on to a ballot’s final destination. This sales position, in support of the Corporate Solutions Sales team, is responsible for helping to increase revenue and market share within the EMEA region. The Inside Sales Specialist supplements the efforts of the direct sales force by participating fully and contributing to a team based sales target.
