ISS Securities Class Action Services started 2016 following 69 approved settlements, lower by six from the second half of 2015. Of the 69 approved settlements, seven were recognized to enter the Top 100 list. The total approved settlement fund for the first half of 2016 increased to $3.1 billion from $1.8 Billion in the second half of 2015.
