As of June 30, 2025, median shareholder support for board nominees at Russell 3000 Index companies remained stable, while the number of directors failing to receive majority support dipped slightly compared to the same period in 2024 and 2023. Regarding executive compensation, the number of failed say-on-pay resolutions experienced a slight uptick in the first half of 2025, following a decrease in 2024 to the lowest level on record. Average support levels also declined in 2025 after having increased in 2024 for the first time since 2018.
