LONDON, U.K. (28 June 2018)  – Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. In addition, Rachit Gupta is appointed as Deputy Head of U.K. Research, and as Head of U.K. Small and Mid-Cap Companies, a key area for U.K. Research.  Mr. Gupta, who has an MBA from ICFAI Business School, is currently Vice-President and manager in the U.K. Research team, and has extensive governance and research experience, with ten years of experience of U.K. corporate governance, as well as in a number of other key international markets and in financial services. “Rachit’s appointment will also be key for ISS’s continued success in providing relevant and insightful research for our clients.
