Our Corporate Responsibility strategy is supported and developed by our CORE Council, consisting of members of the Administrative Leadership team, functional heads, and business unit leaders. The Council’s work is complemented by the Global CORE Team, which collaborates closely with colleagues from various departments such as Human Resources or Corporate Services to execute on the Council’s vision and fulfill ISS STOXX’s CORE mission and objectives.

The UN Global Compact (UNGC) is the world´s largest corporate sustainability initiative with the aim of mobilizing companies around the globe to align with principles that uphold human rights, labor rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

As a signatory, ISS STOXX is committed to addressing these principles as part of our CORE strategy and vision and to annually reporting our progress to meeting UNGC objectives.

  • 100% green electricity in all our offices and data centres since 2021* (*2021 to 2023 only covering legacy ISS business) 
  • 54% reduction of ISS STOXX’s carbon footprint per employee since 2019  
  • 86% reduction of ISS STOXX’s Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2019 
  • 54% reduction of ISS STOXX’s Scope 3 business travel emissions since 2019
