ISS’ Industry Partnerships
ISS and its subsidiaries (collectively, “ISS”) are committed to conducting business with the highest degree of ethics, integrity, and transparency.
To that end, ISS has adopted practices guided by our General Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and a Corporate Responsibility Policy, which also apply to ISS decisions regarding participation in outside organizations. ISS considers the decision to join an outside organization on a case by case basis and all such decisions are made carefully and thoughtfully by members of ISS’ senior leadership and in consultation with ISS division leads, all of whom are committed to representing ISS’ corporate responsibility mission.
A similar approach is taken with regard to the choice of individual ISS staff member who may serve as our representative within such industry groups.
