QuickScore is a scoring and screening solution designed to help institutional investors identify governance risk within portfolio companies. It provides investors with the tools and insight they need to assess governance attributes categorized under four pillars: board structure, shareholder rights, compensation/remuneration, and audit. QuickScore coverage is geographically broad and deep, including coverage of the largest 3,000 U.S. companies by market capitalization. Another 1,100 international companies, hailing from indices across two dozen global capital markets, round out the QuickScore universe.

“Whether used to screen companies‘ governance attributes for purposes of engagement, to determine management quality, or flag for governance risks, institutions can utilize QuickScore profiles as an aid in portfolio monitoring,“ said Marija Kramer, ISS‘ head of product management. “The integration of QuickScore profiles will also complement current ISS offerings, including proxy research and recommendations, now available through the FactSet platform.”
